I'm at the End

I'm at the end of my rope
there is no more room left in this race
I challenge myself above all
yet, I can't manage to win again.

Pieces of me have been broken,
never ending this pain is
I am broken inside
there is no hope for me for now.

What am I doing?
I often ask myself
I never can sleep
I can never rest free.

I'm the shadow of what I once was
I used to be so peachy
I used to be so sweet
I used to be a lot of things
and now look at me.
